La Chambre Rose is a solo, private studio. When you book an appointment with me, I'm setting aside time exclusively for you — and when that time is missed without notice, I'm not able to offer it to another woman who would have loved it. These policies exist to honor both your time and mine, and to keep this little sanctuary thriving for all the women it serves.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

I require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: free of charge, no questions asked.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.

  • No-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.

I understand that life happens, emergencies come up, and not everything is within your control. If you're facing a genuine emergency or unexpected situation, please reach out. I'll always try to work with you.

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

 

A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or, if time does not allow, may require rescheduling.

  • Appointments missed entirely without communication are considered no-shows and will be charged accordingly.

If you're running late, please reach out as soon as possible so we can figure out the best path forward together.

 

DEPOSIT / CARD ON FILE POLICY

 

A credit or debit card on file is required to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless cancellation or no-show fees apply per the policy above.

For larger appointments (color services, packages, and the 90-minute Head Spa + Facial Experience), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be applied to your service total.

CHILDREN & GUESTS POLICY

 

La Chambre Rose is a private, intimate sanctuary designed for one-on-one care. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and ensure full attention to your service, I kindly ask that:

  • Children not attend your appointment with you

  • Additional guests not accompany you to the studio

If childcare or scheduling is a barrier to your appointment, please reach out, I'm happy to help find a time that works.

 

HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY

 

Your health and the health of every woman who comes through this room matters.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing:

  • Fever or active illness

  • Active skin infections, open wounds, or undiagnosed rashes (especially relevant for waxing or scalp treatments)

  • Recent sunburn (for waxing services)

  • Recent use of retinoids, accutane, or strong chemical exfoliants (for waxing services — please disclose at booking)

I will waive any cancellation fees for illness-related reschedules with reasonable notice.

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other health considerations relevant to your appointment, please disclose them when booking or at the start of your service so we can adjust accordingly.

 

COMMUNICATION POLICY

 

The best way to reach me is through your booking platform messaging, Text Message to my business phone 509-508-1262 , or DM on Instagram. I respond to all messages personally, usually within 24 hours.

Please note that I am a solo operator, so response times may be slightly longer on appointment days, weekends, or holidays. Thank you for your patience.

  • ACCESSIBILITY NOTE

    La Chambre Rose is located downstairs inside Remedy Salon and is accessed by a staircase. Guests need to be able-bodied to access the space. If you have questions about accessibility, please reach out before booking and we'll discuss what's possible.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Services: All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss adjustments or a redo where appropriate.

    Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.

  • PRIVACY POLICY

    Your privacy is sacred at La Chambre Rose.

    • Your personal information is kept strictly confidential

    • Photos for social media or marketing will never be taken without your explicit consent

    • Conversations shared in the studio stay in the studio

These policies aren't about being rigid, they're about respect.

Respect for the woman in the chair, respect for the woman scheduled after her, and respect for the solo woman holding the space for all of you.
